I want to submit two images to the Sooke Art Show this summer, and I cannot decide between two “second choices”
I know I want to submit this image
But I can’t decide between the following two….
Thematically this one is the opposite of “Frenzy” Visually it is very different and might provide a counterpoint. I am sure they will not be hung together, so people may not realize they are by the same artist.
The other image:
is more thematically similar, but I am not sure if it is as strong of an image.
Of course I would like to sell both images, and I would like them to play off each other. The problem is that each of these second images plays off the first in a different way.
What are your thoughts?
PS. The images for the show will not have a watermark, but I still feel more comfortable posting images on the internet with watermarks…
